Free — what you build with

The four basics — logo, brand color, business name, and the four Standard card themes — already produce a cohesive brand across digital cards, the wallet pass, the gift email, and your /stores listing. Free is functional, not a teaser. See Branding on Free for the full walkthrough.

Boost — $9/mo

Visible elevation on /stores (48px logo tile + tier pill + brand-color stripe) plus the brand mark editor, 5 extra card templates, the Design Studio, and print preflight in your dashboard. The biggest jump in pure branding power.

Premium — $49/mo

Everything Boost adds, plus the 2 Luxury templates, hero banner, image carousel + video on the store detail page, Featured rotation on /stores, and the custom subdomain. Aimed at merchants who want the strongest possible visual presence on the network.

Picking a tier

Two questions:

1. Do you need a custom card design beyond solid color + logo? Boost or Premium gets the template library + brand mark editor + Design Studio.
2. Is your store detail page a sales tool? Premium adds the hero banner + carousel + video.

If neither applies yet, Free covers the brand-essentials list — you can always upgrade later from merchant.reloadcard.app/settings/upgrade (prorated, cancel anytime).

Upgrade and downgrade behavior

• Upgrades are prorated on the current cycle.
• Downgrades take effect at period end.
• Nothing is deleted on downgrade — if you uploaded extra gallery photos on Premium and dropped to Free, the photos stay; you just can't edit them until you upgrade again.
• Transaction fees (3.99% + $0.30 reload) are identical on every tier.
