How it works

Got a gift card for a store you don't visit? Transfer the balance to a store you prefer. It's free and instant.

How to transfer

1. Tap Transfer from the home screen quick actions
2. Select the card you want to transfer FROM
3. Choose the store you want to transfer TO
4. Enter the amount (up to your full balance)
5. Confirm — done!

Fees

There are no fees for transfers. You transfer $40, you get $40 at the new store.

Which stores support transfers?

Most stores on the Reload Network accept transfers. If a store has transfers disabled, it won't appear as a destination option.

Cross-currency transfers

You can transfer between stores in different countries. The app shows the exchange rate and converted amount before you confirm. For example: you send NZ$50 and the recipient receives US$31.25.

Can I transfer back?

Yes — transfers work in both directions. You can move balance back and forth between any stores that support transfers.
