Add your ReloadCard gift cards to your phone's wallet for quick, tap-to-pay access at supported stores.

Adding to Apple Wallet

If you have an iPhone or Apple Watch, you can add your ReloadCard gift cards directly to Apple Wallet for easy access.

1. Open the ReloadCard app and go to your wallet
2. Tap on the card you want to add
3. Tap the “Add to Wallet” button
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm

Once added, your card will appear in the Apple Wallet app on both your iPhone and Apple Watch. You can use it for tap-to-pay at supported stores.

Adding to Google Wallet

Android users can add ReloadCard gift cards to Google Wallet for quick access and contactless payments.

1. Open the ReloadCard app and go to your wallet
2. Tap on the card you want to add
3. Tap the “Add to Google Wallet” button
4. Confirm the addition in Google Wallet

Your card will now be available in the Google Wallet app on your Android phone.

Using Wallet Passes

Once your card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, the pass includes:

• Barcode or QR code that the store can scan at checkout
• Current balance displayed on the pass, updated automatically
• Store information including name and logo
• Quick access from your lock screen or wallet app

Simply show or tap your phone at checkout to pay with your gift card balance.

• Store notifications — Get notified when you're near a store that accepts your card

Troubleshooting

Card not appearing in Wallet

If your card doesn't show up after adding it, try removing it from Wallet and re-adding it from the ReloadCard app. Make sure you have the latest version of your wallet app installed.

Balance not updating

Wallet passes update automatically, but if your balance seems out of date, open the ReloadCard app to trigger a sync. The wallet pass should update within a few moments.

Multi-currency balances

If you have cards in different currencies (e.g., NZD and USD), your dashboard shows each balance separately.

Install the app

Add ReloadCard to your home screen for the full app experience. On iPhone: tap Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android: tap “Install App” when prompted.

Can't add to Wallet

Make sure your device supports wallet passes:

• Apple Wallet requires iOS 16 or later
• Google Wallet requires Android 9 or later with Google Play Services

If you're on a supported device and still having trouble, try restarting your phone or updating the ReloadCard app.
