Apple Wallet and Google Wallet

Every gift card in your ReloadCard wallet can be added to Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android) as a pass. Balance updates automatically whenever you open the pass.

Add to Apple Wallet

1. Open the card in ReloadCard
2. Tap "Add to Apple Wallet"
3. Apple Wallet opens with the pass preview — tap Add

The pass shows the store branding, live balance, and the QR/NFC code for in-store use.

Add to Google Wallet

1. Open the card in ReloadCard
2. Tap "Save to Google Wallet"
3. Approve in Google Wallet

Live balance

Whenever you top up, redeem, or transfer, the pass updates the next time you open it. No manual refresh needed.

Remove a pass

• Apple Wallet: open the pass → tap the ••• button → Pass Details → Remove Pass
• Google Wallet: open the pass → tap the menu → Remove

Removing the wallet pass does not affect the card in ReloadCard. You can always add it back.

Troubleshooting

• Pass not updating? Open the card in ReloadCard, which triggers a re-push.
• iOS older than 15? Passes still work but without live balance — update iOS for sync.
• Android with no Google Wallet? Install Google Wallet from the Play Store first.
