Every merchant on ReloadCard ships with a free listing. Boost ($9/mo) and Premium ($49/mo) add visible elevation on consumer surfaces and unlock more powerful tools in your dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer a trial? No. Boost at $9 is impulse-priced and Premium's value is visible immediately on activation. You can cancel any time inside the portal — no commitment.

What happens to my data if I downgrade? Nothing is deleted. If you set a custom brand mark or uploaded 12 photos on Premium and then drop to Free, the mark stays visible on your cards and the photos stay on your gallery. You just can't add or edit until you upgrade again.

Will my transaction fees change? No. Plans only affect dashboard features and consumer visibility — the 3.99% + $0.30 reload fee structure is the same on Free, Boost, and Premium.

Do paying merchants get verified? Verified status (the blue check) is separate from your subscription tier. Verification is granted manually by ReloadCard and is not unlocked by Boost or Premium. Tier markers (⭐ for Boost, 💎 for Premium) sit alongside the verified check when applicable.

Can I switch between monthly and annual mid-cycle? Yes — switch any time from the Customer Portal. The change is prorated on the current cycle.

What if my payment fails? Stripe automatically retries for up to a week and sends you a notice. If the retries all fail, your subscription cancels and you drop to Free at period end. Your data stays put; restart the subscription anytime to re-unlock your tier features.

Getting started

Choose your plan from merchant.reloadcard.app/settings/upgrade. You'll be sent to a hosted Stripe Checkout page to enter payment details. Once payment succeeds, your features unlock immediately and a welcome email lands in your inbox.
