Getting started with ReloadCard

Everything you need to go from zero to spending balance in about two minutes.

Step 1 — Create your free account

Visit wallet.reloadcard.app on your phone or laptop. Sign in with email — we send a one-time code, no password to remember.

Step 2 — Add your first gift card

• Physical card: tap the NFC card to the back of your phone. The card is instantly linked to your wallet.
• Digital card: open the email or text invite and tap "Claim". The card lands in your library.
• Found card code: tap "Add card" and type the code.

Step 3 — Top up

Tap any card and choose "Top Up". Pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any stored card. Balance is live in seconds.

Step 4 — Install to your home screen

On iPhone, tap the share button in Safari → "Add to Home Screen." On Android, tap the browser menu → "Install app." ReloadCard opens full-screen like a native app, with no app store download.

Step 5 — Add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

From any card's detail page, tap "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Save to Google Wallet". The pass syncs the live balance whenever you open it.
