Sign-in

ReloadCard uses passwordless email codes. Enter your email, receive a one-time code, and you're in. No password to remember or reset.

Change your email

Settings → Profile → Change email. You'll confirm the new email via a code before the change takes effect.

Identity verification (KYC)

Required for higher transfer and top-up limits. Takes 2–5 minutes — upload an ID document, we match it against your selfie. Done once, covers your account.

Dark mode

ReloadCard auto-matches your device theme. Override in Settings → Appearance.

Delete your account

Settings → Privacy → Delete account. We remove your profile, transaction history (beyond legal retention requirements), and wallet passes within 30 days.

Your data

Full privacy policy is on the privacy page. In summary: we store what's necessary for gift card operations, process card data via Stripe (never on our servers), and don't sell personal data.
