Manage your ReloadCard account settings.

Your profile

Tap Profile in the bottom navigation to view and edit:

• Name — How you appear when sending gifts
• Phone — For account recovery
• Birthday — Stores may send you birthday rewards
• Email — Your login email (can't be changed)

Dark mode

Toggle between dark and light mode in your profile settings.

Verification levels

Higher verification levels unlock higher transaction limits:

• Basic (email verified) — $500/month limit
• Enhanced (phone + ID) — $5,000/month limit
• Full (complete verification) — $25,000/month limit

Signing out

Tap Sign Out at the bottom of your profile page. Your cards and balances are safe — sign back in anytime with your email.

Deleting your account

Contact support@reloadcard.app to request account deletion. Any remaining card balances will need to be spent or transferred first.
