Your Cards
Manage all your gift cards from one place.
Viewing your cards
Open the ReloadCard app and tap Cards in the bottom navigation. You'll see all your cards across every store, with their current balances.
Card details
Tap any card to see:
- Current balance
- Store name and branding
- Transaction history
- Card type (physical or digital)
- When it was last used
Adding a card
Cards are added automatically when you:
- Scan a physical card's QR code
- Buy a card from a store in the app
- Receive a gift card from someone
Topping up
To add money to a card, go to the card detail page and tap Top Up. Choose an amount and pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card.
Nicknames
Give your cards nicknames to tell them apart. Tap the pencil icon on the card detail page to edit.
How to view your gift card code
Open any card in your wallet, scroll to Gift Card Code, and tap Reveal to see the full code. Tap Copy to copy it to your clipboard.
How to use at online checkout
Copy your gift card code and paste it in the gift card field at the store's checkout page.
How to use at POS (in-store)
Open your card, scroll to the QR code, and show it to the cashier. They'll scan it with Shopify POS.
Adding a physical card to your wallet
Tap your card to your phone (NFC) or scan the QR code. This opens the activation page. If you're logged into the wallet app, the card is added automatically.
Gift card expiry
Gift cards are valid for at least 3 years from the date you purchased or received them (5 years in the US). The expiry date is shown on your card detail page.
Removing a card
You can remove a card from your library (this doesn't delete the card or its balance — you can add it back later by scanning the QR code).
