Stripe Connect
Set up Stripe Connect to receive payments directly to your bank account.
Why Stripe Connect?
Stripe Connect ensures consumer payments go directly to YOUR Stripe account. ReloadCard never holds your money — the 5% platform fee is deducted automatically at the point of transaction.
Setup process
- Go to Settings → Reload Network
- Click "Set Up Payments"
- You'll be redirected to Stripe's onboarding flow
- Complete identity verification and add your bank account
- Return to ReloadCard — your status will show "Active"
What Stripe needs
- Business or personal information
- Identity verification (government ID)
- Bank account for payouts
- Tax information
Payout schedule
Stripe pays out to your bank account on a rolling basis (typically 2-7 business days after each transaction). You can view payout details in your Stripe dashboard.
Viewing your Stripe dashboard
Once onboarded, click "View Stripe Dashboard" in your ReloadCard settings to see all transactions, payouts, and disputes.

Stripe's own processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30c) are separate and deducted from the 95% you receive.
