Join the network to get discovered by ReloadCard consumers and accept cross-store transfers.

What is the Reload Network?

The Reload Network is a directory of stores that accept ReloadCard gift cards. Consumers use the ReloadCard app to discover stores, buy gift cards, and transfer balances.

Benefits

• Free store listing — Your store appears in the consumer app
• Customer acquisition — Consumers discover you through search, categories, and location
• Transfer traffic — Receive balance transfers from other stores (new customers with money to spend)
• Zero monthly fees — Pay only the 5% transaction commission

Requirements

1. Stripe Connect — Complete payment onboarding so you can receive funds
2. Agent Agreement — Accept the terms that allow ReloadCard to collect payments on your behalf
3. Store Details — Add your store name, address, category, and logo

Setting up your listing

Go to Settings → Reload Network in your merchant dashboard. Fill in:

• Store Name — How consumers will see you
• URL Slug — Your unique URL (e.g., reloadcard.app/stores/your-store)
• Categories — Food & Drink, Retail, Beauty, Services, etc.
• Location — City and address (for nearby store discovery)
• Logo — Displayed in search results and on gift cards

Going live

Toggle "Go live on the Reload Network" to make your store discoverable. You can disable this at any time to remove your listing.
